How It All Started
The idea for starting a women’s organization sparked in 2018 after I attended a women’s networking event. I remember feeling completely out of place. No one came up to me. I felt lost—like if I didn’t dress a certain way or wasn’t from a specific background, I didn’t belong. That experience lit a fire in me. I thought, “This has to change.”
In 2019, I took action and began creating a space where all women would feel accepted and seen. My mission was clear: to build an inclusive environment where every woman feels welcomed, valued, empowered to embrace her unique strengths, build meaningful connections, and grow both personally and professionally through our events.
In 2020, the pandemic temporarily paused our plans. But by 2021, Latinas-n-Heels Organization (LNH) was born.
Who We Are
Latinas-n-Heels is more than a women’s organization — we’re a vibrant, empowerment community committed to uplifting women. Since our launch, we’ve hosted over 65 events, welcomed more than 200 members, and brought together 3,500+ women, with over 1,500 genuine connections made through our network.
What We Believe
We believe in the power of connection and collaboration — in creating a space where women shine individually and grow collectively. At Latinas-n-Heels, we celebrate every woman’s journey, one confident step at a time. And yes — in heels, if you’d like.
