Andrea R. Garcia

In the dynamic world of leadership and empowerment, Andrea R. Garcia stands out as a trailblazer, making significant strides in championing women's development. As the Founder and CEO of Latinas-n-Heels Organization, Andrea has dedicated herself to empowering women at all levels, fostering leadership abilities, and building strong connections through impactful networking events.

Andrea has 26 years of experience in corporate office setting, and 17 years as an Insurance License Consultant (LA&H), bringing a wealth of experience and passion to her role. Her commitment and helping and serving others is at the core of her professional journey.

Hailing from Monterrey Nuevo Leon, Mexico, Andrea is not just a corporate powerhouse but also a devoted wife and a loving mom to an adorable Maltese (Bruno). Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Andrea's organizational skills and unwavering dedication to exceptional customer service have enabled her to forge and maintain robust client relationships.

In a bold move in 2024, Andrea has founded The Social Circle Hub, a social media agency to help small business owners with social media content. Due to her passion with helping small business owners, she saw the need of helping owners with organizational and administrative tasks, customer support, email support and much more. Andrea is launching in 2025 HER Professional Virtual Agency, a virtual assistant agency to help small business owners delegate their work, so they can focus on their business. The virtual assistant agency will become a go-to resource for businesses seeking efficient and reliable virtual assistance.

Andrea's life motto, "I like to try new things that challenge me and help me grow", encapsulates her fearless approach to both her professional and personal endeavors. This mindset has been a driving force behind her success, propelling her to explore new horizons and embrace opportunities for growth.
